Requirements:
-Cleaning Experience Required
Licensed/insured driver with reliable transportation to/from job locations
-Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
-Smart phone with a data plan
-Capable of passing a full criminal and automotive background check
-Insured and Bonded or the ability to become so within 30 days.
-Ability to consistently perform physical work
-Willingness to work independently
-Willingness to be rewarded and held accountable for the quality of your work
-Take pride in a job well done
-Love a clean home and have an eye for detail
-Have a strong work ethic and maintains consistent attendance
-Maintains communication during anything unusual
Responsibilities:
-Assess the status of the home to ensure a proper quote
-Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and doing laundry
-Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
-Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
-Document home status on exit
-Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
-Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of company-related practices

-Mileage Reimbursement outside city limits
Schedule:
-Typically M-F 8am-5pm, but we will be flexible if you have other requirements
