Daily Tasks:
Efficiently work in a crew of two to three, doing your part to ensure that all Hill Country standard operating procedures are followed.
Assist Crew Leader in timely arrival and completion of all scheduled work each day.
Assist Crew Leader with the appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day.
Look for opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work (when ahead of schedule), under the direction of the Crew Leader.
Do your part to help your team meet revenue targets each day
Ensure that all your personal work meets or exceeds Hill Country’s quality standards.
Assist crew lead in daily, weekly, and monthly duties of equipment maintenance and inspection, shop maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and monitoring of supply levels.
Do your part to make sure all equipment is loaded up and accounted for before leaving
Perform tasks in a timely and quality fashion
Be on time and be approachable.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Some weekends & holidays
Some Job Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must have a GED or High School Diploma
