Every vendor says the same thing....
"We're reliable."
"We communicate."
"We do great work."
The truth is, every company can make those claims.
So don't take my word for it.
Before trusting a vendor with your community, talk to the people who already trust them with theirs.
Ask them:
• Do they answer the phone when it matters?
• Do they communicate throughout the job?
• Do they show up when they say they will?
• Do they make your job easier?
• When an emergency happens, do they respond?
After more than 20 years working with multifamily communities, we've learned that trust isn't built by what a vendor says about themselves, it's built by what their clients are willing to say about them.
