1) Inspecting properties cleaned by our cleaning staff to ensure quality
2) Covering cleaning assignments and other assignments if/when needed
3) Picking up and delivering supplies to cleaning staff and properties when needed
4) Creating client files including checklists and pictures to be used and referenced by our cleaning staff
5) Training cleaning staff including creating videos to view and reference as needed

-Clean floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Change bedding and make beds as directed
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture and walls, replace light bulbs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms as necessary, clean entire kitchen and utilize dishwasher

 Creating and sending welcome letter for new customer
 Creating client’s folders, checklist and printed photos

 Post new job positions monthly
 Training new teams
 Creating schedule for the team
 Creating daily post with content for company’s social media to be approved
 Creating training cleaning videos
 Posting 3 cleaning videos weekly to company’s social media

 Create weekly updates on work resolutions and proposals for growth to be discussed once a week with owner

You must take pride in the quality of work you perform, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work with minimal or no supervision.

This is a full-time position that requires weekend work as needed.

Pay is $13.00 per hour. Training is provided, and it is paid. Additional compensation includes a $20 weekly fuel incentive and bonuses for 5-star Google reviews.
