Does your graduating senior not know what they're doing with their life yet? Maybe they just didn't get into the college they wanted. Maybe they're just kind of a jerk and you want them out of the house!
Entering the work force right out of high school isn't a bad thing. It's a great way to stay out of debt and get into a field of work they might like.
We are currently looking for a younger, able bodied individual to work in with us. We are a small, tight knit group of women and even guys that enjoy having fun and working hard.
Is the pay great? For a young kid it is. Is the work hard? It's mildly dirty but not hard. Occasionally we pick up some heavy stuff. Do you need to know how to clean? Absolutely not. We are willing and able to teach and train the science behind cleaning in hopes that...stay with us, please!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start at the ground and work the way up. Our issue is that our work is coming fast and we can't hire anyone because nobody wants to work. (Yes, true. Even in a shortage of “JOBS”)
-Don't have a car? You can car pool with me.
-Don't have work boots? We will get you some.
-Hate dress codes? We don't have one.
-Scared to meet new people? Well you're an adult now. Get over it. Plus, the homes we clean? They’re empty!
-Hate country music? So do we. Alexa, wear your earbuds
-Dont like early mornings or working late nights? We work 9 to 5:30 and only Monday through Friday. S**e! Just please show up, and I’ll pay you for your time. A fair wage? Of course!
If you are someone looking for some place to start new, and get in with a company that's growing fast, this is the place for you. We have been doing this since 2014. Sheeesh, my own 13 year old knows how to vacuum. He doesn’t, but...I don’t pay him cash. (Child labor laws...but hey, I’m a mom and not afraid to scold!)
At this point, our only requirement is that you can change a mop head, treat people kindly, and don’t steal. It's not hard. I'll even teach you how. Send me a PM if you know someone or are someone that's interested.
