Based out of Blue Hill, ME we service the blue hill peninsula and Ellsworth/MDI area. We work in teams of 2 to 3 in the summer time. The costs is $35 per man hour. Payment is due at time of service. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $30 for payment not received within 5 days. IF services have not been paid for before next cleaning, you will be asked for payment before we start cleaning.

The Housekeeper will carry out various cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing various areas, while also demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. It is imperative that the Housekeeper possesses strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within designated time frames. Moreover, the candidate must be proactive in identifying areas in need of attention and be willing to go above and beyond to meet the expectations of both clients and management. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Clean and maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to management.
Organize and tidy spaces, ensuring items are properly stored and arranged for optimal functionality.
Follow established procedures for sanitation and the handling of cleaning chemicals and materials.
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role in a residential or commercial setting.
Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and the capability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
