I am finding that there are different needs for family plot care than what I had originally allowed. So I am going to start offering more plans:
***** a 2 - 10 grave-sized plot. . . 25 dollars for one visit each month of the year ($300 per year) -or- 50 dollars for two visits each month of the year ($600 per year) -or- 30 dollars each visit for 4 visits per year ($120 per year)
*****an 11 - 30 grave-sized plot. . . 40 dollars for one visit each month of the year ($480 per year) -or- 75 dollars per two visits each month of the year ($900 per year) -or- 55 dollars each visit for 4 visits per year ($220 per year)
*****any other plans are negotiable, as well as as 8 month and 10 month plans being available

*****all necessary maintenance will be preformed with each visit--- mowing, w**d eating, w**d and ant control, edging, mulching, cleaning headstones and slabs, leveling corner markers, changing out flower arrangements, etc.

(*while mowing-once-per-month plans rather than mowing-twice-per-month plans are cheaper, the plot area will end up looking scruffy between mowings if only mowed once each month, versus mowing twice each month which will keep a plot area looking continuously maintained and pristine*)

This is what my Family Plot Cleaning business contracts look like. I tried to cover all the possible bases and have everything explained clearly- all the details.

One way to make a grave cleaning service like this one more affordable is to share the cost with family members. For example, a service agreement of 500 dollars per year could be shared with 5 family members, therefore costing each individual only 100 dollars per year, equaling less than ten dollars per month!
