Remediation & Repair of old Plaster & Lath interior wall, after repairing missing flashing from leaking exterior gutter. You don't see much of this work around anymore. See comments for final results. Takes a skilled hand to make it unnoticeable.

Been doing a lot of Deck Repair & Refinishing...here's another. The color chosen here was called "Chocolate". Sometimes it's not necessary to tear down, and completely rebuild...just replace expired boards, and Refinish the surface to get more years out of your deck!

Opened up the space by removing old railing, added new stone wrapped columns and coated steel railings on ends then updated landscaped bed with new matching stone retaining wall.
