Summary of Fees

Prices include 1 cleaner. Sales tax will be added to all fees listed below. Organizing $50/hour

Residential Cleaning $50/hour

Residential Cleaning Additional Fees when applicable:
$25 Rag Washing fee
$25 Rag replacement fee. Commercial Cleaning $50/hour (Client washes the rags or provides carpet vacuum, paper towels, swiffer dusters or the like, and a mop)

Commercial Cleaning A

dditional Fees when HMV Cleaning provides supplies:
$5 Carpet Vacuum
$25 Rag/Rag Washing
$25 Rag replacement fee. This fee applies if new rags are needed prior to standard 2 year rag replacement. Move In/Out or New Build (Empty Property) $60/hour - DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1 hour, $60)
(All applicable policies apply with the exception of providing supplies/cleaning solutions. Those will be provided by HMV Cleaning)

Less than 48 hour notice/Weekend fee $150/day in addition to hourly cost

Late payment fee- $10/week

2 hour minimum
