I just wanted to elaborate on this topic, i havenāt been in business long but Iāve been doing it long enough to now fully understand
Iāve done one or two jobs cheaper than I should have and I did a good job but I donāt think I was fully respected by the coustomer
The first time i realized this and it all clicked in my head I understood, so this coustomer wanted to save $50 off the $500 total, so I said āokay we can take that patio concrete off and do it for that priceā she said āno I really want that doneā and I obviously needed the money at the time so I agreed
With that being said that $50 cut I did not do my best job, I missed some spots and did not care to go back I was honestly just irritated throughout the whole job. She paid and I went on my way
I never sent her before and after photos, I never asked for a google review, I never asked if she needed anything āheavyā moved back.. I simply packed my things got a check and left.
Itās only $50 but that was my whole attitude
With that being said the customers that do pay my price get treated very well, and Iād do anything for them. And very much appreciate them
