Been excessively busy on the field service side of the business so work on the pressure washing truck is moving a bit slow, but it’s moving in the right direction. Got nearly all the plumbing done over the last two weeks. The pressure washer unit is bolted down and the tanks are securely fastened to the truck body.

I know we’re all preparing for the blizzard of ‘26 but we managed to find some time to do some work to the truck, good thing the mechanic doesn’t mind working in the cold! Alternator had been giving us fits since bringing it home back around Christmas so we got it swapped out with a new one. Also, got the two 330 gallon water tanks put in their place on the truck and they fit perfectly! We will be ready to start plumbing them up to the hydro max next.

Here’s a sneak peek at our new pressure washing machine, it’s a Hydro Max from Bce Cleaning Systems in Calhoun, Georgia. Drove down last weekend and picked it up in person and got to take a tour of their facility and meet the guys who make it happen. They were excellent to work with throughout the process and made everything easy. I have to say, that machine fits like a glove in that spot. What do you think?

Anyone who’s interested in the specs, it’s 8 GPM and 4000 psi and powered by a Kubota diesel. This machine is going to be a huge asset when it comes to keeping those big dozers and excavators clean.

My name is Andy Hart and I’d like to take some time to introduce myself and our new small business, Hart & Co Pressure Wash LLC. I have an extensive background in field service of heavy equipment, mainly caterpillar, with 9 years of dealership experience. I’ve had my own service truck since 2021 and have worked with a local contractor providing extensive field service repair on their broad range of equipment. Safe to say I’ve worked on and seen a vast amount of dirty equipment on job sites over the last nearly 20 years. So, it’s from those experiences that Hart & Co Pressure Wash LLC was born. We aim to provide washing services on site, either after repairs or as a maintenance service. Having your fleet on a routine cleaning schedule helps spot small issues before they turn into major catastrophes. A small amount of oil accumulation on an engine can quickly turn into an equipment fire. Mud buildup on steps and walkways can lead to injured employees and lost time. These are some of the problems we strive to correct before they cost more money.
We are building this company from the ground up and are just getting started. We hope you will follow along as we will be posting our progress as we get the equipment ready to go to the job sites.
