Emergency in Moosic this morning, Sara had noticed water from the bottom of the water heater pouring out. This was a tight squeeze and she had severe flooding that occurred in this area prior, so we raised it off the floor quite a bit. Added expansion tank checked for water, natural gas and carbon monoxide leaks and all was good

Emergency gas leak in Jessup today. Our owner Jerry, who is certified to work with natural gas by UGI, got a call from Bobby K. and UGI who was still on scene. A strong smell of gas was present inside the home. After an inspection Jerry determined a small section of black iron pipe developed a leak from moisture through the wall of the home. It was reassembled with nat gas Teflon tape and pipe sealant and throughly tested and all was good.

Today we installed a beautiful top of the line natural gas hot water boiler in Scranton. We beat other contractors by thousands of dollars and they didn’t offer this Weil McClain name brand. We also installed an air scoop, 10 foot of double wall stainless steel vent pipe, boiler drains, taco fast fill valve, amtrol expansion tank along with 1 inch copper lines. Customer opted to keep existing circulating pumps and relays.

Today we replaced a 40 gallon natural gas water heater and expansion tank for Zack, one of Jessups finest in Archbald as his old one was leaking heavily from the safety valve. Checked the pressure on his water main and replaced the expansion tank all is good
