Ready to trade the four walls of an office for the "Outdoor Office"?
At Highlands Pool Spa & Patio, we don’t just "clean" pools—we build and maintain backyard retreats. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the upcoming season and beyond.
From installing custom vinyl liners and building new pools to complex equipment repairs and weekly chemistry, our work is hands-on, technical, and rewarding. If you like seeing a project through from start to finish, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Spring/Fall Prep: Executing pool openings and winterizations (safety covers, system startups, and heavy lifting).
Summer Service: Performing weekly water chemistry maintenance and troubleshooting equipment (pumps, filters, heaters).
Construction & Repairs: Assisting with vinyl liner replacements, new pool builds, plumbing, and site prep.
Craftsmanship: Learning the "why" behind water flow, pressure, and chemical balance.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a clean record (our trucks are a major part of the job).
Mechanical Aptitude: You know your way around a toolbox. If you’ve worked in plumbing, HVAC, or construction, you’ll fit right in.
Physical Stamina: You are comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Professionalism: You take pride in your work and enjoy providing great service to customers in their homes.
Compensation & Perks:
Starting Pay: $22.70 per hour (and up, depending on your experience).
Growth: We provide training in plumbing, electricity, and chemistry—valuable trades that are always in demand. The upside potential is limitless. We are always looking for leaders to promote!
Hours: Plenty of overtime opportunities during the peak spring and summer rush.
