Hi everyone — welcome to Triple M Underground

We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share a little about why this company was started in the first place.

My name is Kirill. I moved to Minnesota from Belarus in 2001, and family has always been at the center of everything we do. “Triple M” represents our children’s initials and serves as a daily reminder of why this business exists in the first place — to build something meaningful for our family while helping other families and communities at the same time.

Over the years, I’ve built a career in public works and underground utilities, holding high-level leadership positions overseeing public utility infrastructure operations, capital improvement projects, multimillion-dollar budgets, and teams of more than 100 people. Those experiences helped shape the values this company was built on: honesty, communication, accountability, hard work, and treating people the right way.

But becoming parents changed our perspective even more.

Over time, we realized life is about more than chasing titles or salaries. We wanted to build something meaningful that reflects the values we believe in while making a positive impact for families, homeowners, and the communities we serve. That became one of the biggest driving forces behind starting MMM Underground LLC.

At MMM Underground LLC, we help homeowners, businesses, and communities throughout the Twin Cities and northern metro with sewer, water, and underground infrastructure services, including:
