When it comes to my career, I differentiate myself from others and my clients would say the same I’m sure. When I started my business years ago, I educated myself on how to start successful and build from there. Not to just post an ad and get a job but to show others I can take their overwhelming stress off their shoulders. I tailor each job to the client themselves. I don’t do things one way and one way only, I create a plan that works with the client’s needs and budget. I am a designer as well, so I incorporate that into my cleaning, organizing, special occasion needs, and more. My way of looking at it is why stop when I can continue to help them instead of them having to take time to find someone else to do another job they need. For example, I am a party coordinator (I help set up, take it down and make sure it always looks crisp clean), I clean carpets to help with pet scents or just to get rugs and carpets clean, I personal assist if times are crazy for my clients.
Currently everything I listed above, I am doing for one of my clients at the current time. I make myself available 7 days a week. As a mom of 3, I made myself something I wish I would have had when times were so busy and stressful.
I’m thankful for my amazing clients who make even more amazing references. I am not just someone who comes into their home and does a job, I get to know them. If it’s their birthday coming up, I remember and we celebrate.
Seeing so many smiles is truly a reward in itself!
