I worked with a realtor to get this place ready for pictures.
Directions from her: “do it all!”
Ask and you shall receive!

I was live on tik tok where over 50k people came on to help guide me to stage this place correctly with the items we had! Take things down. And balance the room!
So fun!

This place is hitting the market today and it’s right off the bay!!! It’s amazing!! 😍😍😍

Check out these before and afters 😍😍

When decluttering/organizing a room, it can feel overwhelming and you don’t know where to start.
Here are some tips:
•I literally start by making the bed, it helps make you feel like you have accomplished something right away
•pick up all laundry and put it in a basket
•put stuffed animals and blankets away
•then start in a corner and move yourself back
•if you have night stands start with a drawer
•grab a broom and get everything out from under the bed or nightstands

When it came time for the toy room, I literally took all the toys and dumped them in a pile. Then I start organizing and giving each bin a category, have a garbage nearby and get rid of the knickknacks or any garbage

It may seem like it would take days to do but this overwhelming task only took me three hours.

This weekend was busy with 2 move in/out cleans.
I spent most of my day yesterday scraping paint chips off 2000+ square feet of hardwood floors. This home was just fully painted but nothing was covered.
Please painters, take the time to cover floors/sinks/cabinets when painting 😅😅
