Custom cut aluminum "S" for a Studebaker pickup. Started out as raw sheet, previously was sanded down and polished to mirror finish, came back for some touch ups from customer test fitting. That's what we call ReiShined! 😎

Progress pics of the completed AF Robusts.

-Light acid wash to clean up backsides after removing wheel weights and prep frontsides.
-Rough machining marks in lug holes removed and smoothed. Valve stem holes cleaned. Beadseat surfaces cleaned and stripped of rubber and corrosion.
-Spoke windows all polished.
-Frontsides sanded down and fully polished.
-Chrome plastic centercaps washed and hand polished
