Bio-One of Alabama in Birmingham is looking to hire 1-2 technicians. Job requirements are a strong mind, strong stomach, a willingness to work hard, ability to lift 50+ lbs over your head, and someone who is a team player. This is a travel job, you will travel to some jobs outside of Birmingham so reliable transportation is required. We cover all of central Alabama.

We specialize in the cleanup of biohazards (crime scenes/suicide/unattended death), hoarding, mold remediation, odor removal, f***s/urine cleanup and others.
Training is paid for and is provided on site.

You will assist on all of our services we provide.
- Suicide/Homicide Cleanup
- Odor Removal
- Undiscovered Death Cleanup
- Blood Cleanup/Biohazard
- F***s & Bodily Fluid Cleanup
- Mold Remediation
- Rodent Dropping Cleanup
- Hoarding Cleanup
- Junk Removal
- Hazardous Waste Removal
- Disinfections
- & more!

You will receive hands on training & the ability to move up quickly.
While not on jobs, you will be required to market 40 hours a week. This includes going to police departments, funeral homes, apartment complex’s & more.

You MUST be able to:
- Lift 50+ pounds.
- Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Stand, kneel, & lift frequently.
- Work in harsh conditions; extreme heat/cold.
- Customer service oriented.
- Be able to work in tight spaces.(Crawlspaces, attics, etc)
- Handle emotional/traumatic situations.
- Drive our company box truck and/or van periodically.
- Pass a drug test.
- Be available on-call.
- Have a clean background.

Pay starts at $17 an hour for drive time (to & from job sites) and marketing.
$24 an hour on site. We also provide paid lunch, drinks, & snacks on jobs.
