Home Maid Services is seeking a great house cleaner for a wonderful set of clientele!

Job Duties Include:
Cleaning residential homes from top-to-bottom
Dusting tops and sides of furniture
Floor care- vacuuming, mopping, hands-and-knees cleaning in select areas
Restroom sanitization
Appliance cleaning
Any extra tasks at Owner's/Client's discretion

Strong time-management skills are required. Equipment and chemicals will be provided. Must be able to handle a professional backpack vacuum.

Applicants MUST HAVE:
Reliable transportation to job sites ranging from the Frankenmuth to Grand Blanc area- use of personal vehicle is required and will be reimbursed. Starting point is in Birch Run each morning.
Valid driver's license, clear driving record- must possess car insurance
Clear background check
Ability to pass a drug test- including Ma*****na

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

Must be comfortable working around pets in homes. As a very active job, must be comfortable with moving up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, climbing stairs. We allow work off of up to a 2-step ladder.

Compensation will be based upon experience, but can be expected to be in the $16-$20 per hour range. All new hires will go through a 4-week training period with the owner at a flat hourly rate, then begin to earn commission and mileage. We are a small, family owned business looking for a great candidate to grow with us.

Working hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am to potential 5pm. Hours will average 20-30 per week with potential full-time status in the future as we grow.
Weekly schedule will vary. Compensation will be paid on a weekly basis; any customer tips will be yours to keep. Bonus structure for positive feedback will be discussed.
NO weekend, evening, or holiday work!
