Kalispell, Montana – Executive Cleaning by Design LLC is proud to announce its membership in ISSA, The Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions, strengthening the company’s commitment to professional standards, continued education, public health, and exceptional service throughout the Flathead Valley.

The commercial janitorial industry experiences one of the highest employee turnover rates, with annual turnover commonly estimated between 75% and 200%.

Part of the reason is simple: janitorial work is rarely presented as a career people should be proud to choose. Most students do not leave high school saying, “I want to become a professional janitor.”

But maybe they should consider it.
