Today, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for my teams and to highlight their exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to caring for our customers' properties & homes.
I have included photographs from a project we completed yesterday in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. This community is new to us this season and comprises 13 buildings and 138 units. The use of a 32-foot ladder was necessary for this job.
The photos illustrate our meticulous approach. My teams removed over 28 five-gallon buckets of pure shingle grit from the gutters, some of which were filled to capacity.
The accumulation of shingle grit, also known as shingle granules, in gutters can lead to several issues, including clogged gutters, water backup onto the roof, and potential roof and structural damage. This buildup can also create an environment conducive to mold and insect growth. Additionally, the weight of the grit can pose significant challenges to the overall gutter system. Accumulated materials in your gutters, whether shingle grit, muck, ice, or water, can ultimately cause the gutters to sag, crack, and even detach from the house. Furthermore, built-up material in the gutters and downspouts can freeze during winter, leading to burst seams.
As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in delivering exceptional service from start to finish, positioning ourselves as your trusted provider. Gutter Maids
