Position: Laundromat Attendant
When : Thursday - Saturday nights, 2:15 PM- 10:00 PM
Location: Lakeside Laundromat
Job Description:
Lakeside Laundromat is seeking a reliable and friendly Laundromat Attendant to join our team. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with using washers, dryers, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundromat, including wiping down machines, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues (e.g., jammed machines).
• Restock soap, fabric softener, and other supplies as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
• Ensure the facility is secure at the end of your shift.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and stay proactive during quieter periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
