✓ Dust all surfaces
✓ Wash all soiled linens
✓ Make beds
✓ Put out fresh towels, hand towels and wash cloths
✓ Clean and sanitize all kitchen appliances
✓ Clean and disinfect all bathrooms: mirrors, sinks, showers, and toilets
✓ Sweep and mop all floors
✓ Vacuum any carpet/rugs
✓ Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and sponges as needed (cost of supplies to be charged to customer or provided by customer)

*All other cleaning supplies to be provided by Stalcup Home Services

$99 per month

Stalcup Home Services will serve as a local Point of Contact for your vacation rental.

For a flat rate of $99 per month, we will take an unlimited amount of trips to your property, in the event of city Code Violations.

Any calls made to Stalcup Home Services that require a visit to your property for any reason other than Code Violation, such as maintenance and repair calls, will be charged accordingly.
