Looking for two more teams of 2-3 max to help with large rental homes cleaning. Steady work, must be avail Sundays and Mondays. We have mid week work as well. The more communicative, reliable and detailed the cleans the more work we offer. Have 2 days off a week if you’d like and make a nice income without working around the clock. Pay is every Friday for the Mon-Sun worked previously. Pay is per home. Opportunity for advancement based upon performance.

For Big Bear:
Looking for a short term rental cleaning team of 2-3 people for our larger homes paying $300-$470 per home on Sundays and Mondays. We have work mid week as well We dont service homes more than 4200 sq ft. Reliability, honesty/integrity, time management and detail is what we look for. Must have supplies & experience/knowledge of chemicals and cleaning techniques. Must not rush. I don’t assign more than 1 b2b per day (but may assign more than one home per day).
Another position I’m looking to fill is $1200-$1800/wk, depends upon performance and that’s for one person. Teams can make more. Ability to earn higher income is dependent upon quality of clean. Some homes and offsite laundry (we have a laundry lady we drop/pick up from) & some homes we do on site. And some larger have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Cleaners do not take home laundry.
We have a variety of homes smallest paying around $75 to our larger up to $470 or more. We manage to have work even during slower times.
We are looking to trial clean and hire within the next 2 weeks.

When I was removing a carpet, door mat, trash etc there was a rancid smell coming from the spa area. We had just taken over this home from Big Bear Vacations. We did the deep clean but the yard needed help and trees were touching the roof. Owner could do a partial yard clean up (so I added some bonus areas). Still more to do but no mold or mushrooms or funky smell coming from spa area anymore (last photo is the after photo).

Befores and afters, mixed debris is always a challenge but we make it our priority to tidy it as much as possible. Was trick to work around garden mesh coming up through the earth & getting In between trees on a side slope with no footing, but got er done! Also had to trim out w**ds while still keeping the vines. Most of of It done by hand today. 😵‍💫

Befores and afters of some of my yard work. I don’t just look at it from a fire safety standpoint, but strive to make them as thorough as possible so people can go longer until they need it done again. Plus I like making them look good too. Ethical business practices are important. I don’t contract out yards as I feel people fly through them and do the bare minimum. Plus a lot of druggies in the industry & no one needs that on their property.
Hire someone who cares about the quality and knows how to properly abate your yard & is upfront and honest. Im always on top of the weather (as much as possible) so I will make recommendations on when to get the yard done so you dont waste $.
