After 18 years, we are announcing the sale of Biddeford Auto Wash and its transition to new ownership.
This is a bittersweet moment for our family. Our oldest brother, Biddeford native Patrick Miniutti, had the vision for Biddeford Auto Wash and opened it in November 2008. He remained deeply involved in its growth, including the major expansion and new tunnel in 2020, until his unexpected passing in 2021. We are incredibly proud of the business he built and the legacy he leaves behind.
We are deeply grateful to our managers and employees for their dedication and to our loyal customers for their support over the past 18 years.
As we considered the future of the business, it was important to find new owners who shared our values. We are pleased to be passing Biddeford Auto Wash on to a local, third-generation family-owned company that has served New England for 60 years and is already part of the Biddeford community.
We feel confident the business is in good hands, and we think Pat would be pleased to see what he created continue with another family-owned company.
