We would like to express how truly grateful we are for each and every one of you! We also want to say thank you for trusting us with your homes. ❤️
Going into the New Year we are going to be implementing some changes. By far and large, the following will not affect most people, but as the saying goes, a few bad apples..... it is just easiest to implement it across the board with all clients. We have tried to avoid these fees, but unfortunately, it has become unavoidable at this point.
Please reach out to your housekeeper if you have any questions or concerns.
⭐Effective Immediately⭐
•Late fee: Payment (via pay apps such as Venmo, CashApp, & Paypal) must be received by 5️⃣pm the day services are rendered or there will be a $10 late fee required.
If late payment becomes a repeated occurrence, payment will be required before the start of services going forward. While we understand everyone gets busy, and you may be working while we are at your homes, please be prompt with payments. We are happy to text you upon our arrival to your home, as well as when we leave. You are welcome to pay any time during those hours. If you are a cash client, it is due before we leave for the day.
•Cancellation Fee:
To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, at least 24 hours notice must be given, before 7am, the day before service. (Some clients live quite a distance away.)
We know emergencies and sicknesses happen. Sometimes it is necessary to cancel. A cancellation fee can be waived at the cleaners discretion.
**Repeated last minute cancellations will result in a $50 transferable non-refundable deposit being required as down payment before further scheduling, and could result in termination of services with Mid-State Maids. The $50 fee WILL be applied to your scheduled cleaning cost.
Please respect our time and schedules. If you are planning to be out of town, undergo home renovations, or for any reason need to alter the services or frequency performed, please give your cleaner a reasonable heads up. Communication is all we ask for. We can plan to fill cancelled days with other clients or make personal appointments.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your visit, we will try our hardest to accommodate you. However, we have clients scheduled nearly every day, and sometimes we are unable to see you before the next regular visit. Please do not ask us to cancel another client to accommodate your needs. We are happy to recommend another cleaner who may be able to help you out for that instance. We support each other!
