What you can expect:
• Starting pay is $17/hour, with raises after the initial training period (about 2 weeks)
• Additional raise opportunities after 90 days for team members who show drive, consistency, and improvement
• No professional cleaning experience needed—we train you using our proven systems
• All cleaning supplies are provided
• Supportive team environment that values reliability and strong work ethic
