Tuesday April 28th quarterly maintenance and a few repairs will be happening in the morning at the Bernville Auto. Sorry for any inconvenience you will want to get washes in prior to 8:30 am or after 2.

The new soaps are online and we found a better product for cleaning with the triple foam. Unfortunately it’s in a white color until they get the blue and red foam in next week.

Things happening over the next few days

Today Friday 17th we will be testing new soaps at the car wash. There will be slight down times while adjusting but told we should not be down too long.

Monday the 20th sometime on the afternoon the auto will be closed down to install a new heater covered under warranty.

Sometime later in the week we will also have some down time for quarterly maintenance and a few repairs.

Fragrance machine and vending added last week. To go along with the new rebuilt vacuums. Let me know what you think of the new vacuums. If you need quarters the change machine is on the 183 side of the building near the automatic exit.

Some new items to try out at the Bernvill Carwash. The old vending machine has been replaced with a brand new on. Check out the vending to complete you car wash experience. We also replace the old vacuums with new more powerful vacuums. They take quarters and credit cards. Last we installed a fragrance machine and plans are to install a carpet cleaner in the future.

The pump was replaced and the auto is back and running this morning.

To help avoid damage to our machines if your not sure your lined up properly please open your window and look out to make sure your lined up and not driving into our equipment. We added signs to help people troubleshoot how to properly hit the sensor and start the wash.

The automatic will be worked on Friday March 6th from 6 am to around 8 and will be out of service.

Updates from the car wash. We have been working on the water quality at the wash. New filters were just installed, the RO system was just rebuilt and a new softener is being installed on the automatic wash. This should improved the spot free system at the entire wash. We have in our possession new vacuums which we will be installing when the weather breaks. Lastly we will be installing a new vending machine at the front of the building as well. Thank you for your support at the car wash and we hope you see we continue to put money back into the car wash to improve on the finished product.

Due to the below freezing temperatures we will be closing the automatic wash in the evenings from 9 pm until 7 am daily this weekend again. We will also be coning off bays 3 and 4 to minimize chances of major breakdowns on all equipment at one time. Thank you for understanding as we deal with these extreme conditions.

January 31 we will only be opening the automatic wash at 10 am due to the extreme low temperature. The current temp inside the auto is only in the mid 30s and will quickly lower with the doors opening and closing when in use and we don’t want to damage any equipment. Thank you for your understanding.
