Cheers to 3 years!! Androscoggin Valley Maid Service marked its third anniversary in January. Over the past three years, time has flown by, and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all our valued customers, past and present, for their unwavering support of my small business. Some of you have been with us since our inception, and I am deeply thankful for your trust in me. Initially, I started this business solo, armed with a second-hand Shark vacuum generously gifted by one of my first clients, a spin mop, and a modest cleaning bag, serving a handful of houses and Airbnbs each week. In the first year, the business operated without a formal name, and its future was uncertain. Fast forward three years, Androscoggin Valley Maid Service now boasts an exceptional team of employees, whom I am incredibly grateful for, and a fully booked schedule of residential and commercial clients. Here's to another year of growth, achieving milestones, and continued success – this is only the beginning!

Androscoggin Valley Maid Service recently celebrated its 2 year anniversary and I couldn’t be more grateful for how my business has grown.

I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to those of you who may not know me. My name is Christine and I am the owner and sole operator of Androscoggin Valley Maid Service. I have over 15 years of professional cleaning experience and take the utmost pride in my work.

My beautiful family surrounding me in this photo is the reason I do what I do. Mental health work was my passion before my boys were born. My oldest son, now 4, was diagnosed with autism shortly after his first birthday and we made the decision that I would stay home with him for as long as it was necessary. At that time I cleaned a few airbnbs for extra money while my partner worked full time. 2 years ago when my son started preschool I was able to make the jump to full time cleaning. My hours operate around his school, services and my other children’s activities. My beautiful daughter thrives as a freshman in high school and my youngest has gotten into a good routine going to daycare. Our lives are busy, and we are blessed.

My schedule is currently full and I will not be taking on any more clients until after the New Year! Thank you all for your support of my small business and thank you for reading!

Grateful and blessed to be so busy! Here’s some before and after pictures of a beautiful glass shower that needed a little refreshing. I ended the week with some always oh so satisfying carpet lines in a post construction clean.
