18 months. From a pen and a piece of paper… to FOUR full teams running, serving, growing, and carrying the heart of Redeemed Spaces throughout NWA.
I look around at our Q3 team meeting and team-building day, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude—not because of what I have built, but because of what God has allowed us to build together.
This business has been carried by committed hands and covered by the faithfulness of our Father every single step of the way.
As the branch of Redeemed Spaces, I never want to be known simply as “the owner.” I want to be known as one of the hands that showed up. The one who worked alongside her team, served beside them, believed in them, and invested not only in their careers—but in their futures, their families, and their lives.
I never want to stand out boldly from the body of this business, because Redeemed Spaces is not what it is because of me. It is what it is because God has been faithful enough to use me as a vessel, bring the right people together, open the right doors, and give us the opportunity to serve others well.
My prayer is that every person who works alongside me leaves this company believing a little more deeply in themselves. I want them to know that they are capable of doing ANYTHING they are willing to work for. That their gifts matter. Their effort matters. Their growth matters. Their families matter. Their dreams outside of these walls matter.
Nothing goes unseen.
Every early morning. Every long day. Every extra detail. Every time someone steps up for a teammate. Every home cared for with intention. Every sacrifice made behind the scenes. It ALL matters, and it takes every single one of us.
And to our clients—THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting our hands inside your homes, commercial properties, rentals, new builds, and the spaces that matter to you. You aren’t simply supporting a cleaning company. You are supporting the families represented by every person on these teams and allowing us to continue creating opportunities for people right here in our community.
18 months ago, Redeemed Spaces existed on paper at an island by a woman who didn’t believe.
Today, I get to look around a room filled with people who have put their hands to the vision and made it real.
Four teams. One body. One mission. Countless answered prayers.
And we are just getting started.
All glory to the Father. All gratitude for the hands He has placed beside mine. And all commitment to continuing to serve NWA with excellence, humility, and purpose.
