The North side of the Bentonville Square is getting a fresh look with The Hart, a new residential, retail, and office development in Downtown.

The development honors Bentonville’s history by restoring the historic Benton County Jail and echoing the city’s original 1880s brick architecture, named for painter Thomas Hart Benton and his great-granduncle, Senator Thomas Benton.

Spanning two blocks, The Hart will include apartments, condos, retail, offices, restaurants, and inviting public spaces connected to Crystal Bridges, the Razorback Greenway, and local trails. Groundbreaking is planned for this summer, with a multi-year building process ahead.
