Hey everyone! I’m Matt Blackman, owner of Blackman AutoWorx.
I was born and raised right here in Benson, North Carolina and earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from East Carolina University. Before engineering became my career, it was already my passion. I’ve spent my life working on vehicles, equipment, and anything mechanical I could get my hands on.
Today, I’m a Mechanical Engineer by education, a Technical Project Manager by profession (hence the travel picture in China haha) and the proud owner of Blackman AutoWorx. I’m also a husband and father to three amazing daughters and I believe in treating people the way I’d want my own family to be treated.
At Blackman AutoWorx, every vehicle is worked on as if it were our own. Whether it’s window tint, lift kits, suspension work, accessories, or repairs, we take pride in doing the job the right way. We follow manufacturer specifications, use quality parts, pay attention to the details, and never cut corners. Our goal isn’t just to finish the job. It’s to earn your trust so you’ll feel confident bringing your vehicle back and recommending us to your family and friends.
