As the Founder and CEO of RamAir International, he has spent over 30 years pioneering advancements in the cleaning and restoration industry. As the creator of the Positive Duct Cleaning™ m**hod, his patented inventions—including the RamAir HVAC Duct Cleaning System and the OzoGen 22g Ultra High Output Ozone Generator—have revolutionized air duct cleaning and microbial decontamination practices worldwide. His expertise in Forensic Restoration™ and HVAC decontamination continues to set new industry benchmarks.
In the center, Barry Costa, a true industry legend with over 50 years of experience in carpet installation, cleaning, and restoration. A dedicated educator and technical expert, Barry is both an instructor and advisory board member for Microbial Warrior International, helping shape the future of forensic restoration training. Through his unparalleled knowledge and hands-on expertise, Barry has trained countless professionals across the globe, redefining best practices and standards in the industry.
On the right, Dr. Mark Tucker, a former Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, where he spent 35 years pioneering decontamination technologies. As the co-inventor of Sandia’s Decontamination Foam (DF-100) and the inventor of the enhanced DF-200 formulation, Dr. Tucker’s work has been instrumental in biological and chemical warfare decontamination, environmental remediation, and critical infrastructure recovery. His innovations are widely used by first responders, the military, and civilian industries worldwide. Dr. Tucker also serves as an advisor for Artemis Bio-Solutions, contributing his expertise to the development of advanced remediation and decontamination solutions.
