Hello!
We are looking for a Mon-Fri experienced and reliable deep cleaner for our deep clean crew. Pay is $20-$22 an hour. Someone who works hard and comes to work everyday. ( minus emergencies ect of course!) Do you love cleaning? Deep cleaning position is for our deep clean crew that can do everything from bi-weekly residentials to deep cleans to move ins and move out cleans and remodel cleans. I need someone who loves the satisfaction of deeper cleaning, that has done this kind of cleaning too. I think if you are reading this you probably already know if this is you! We have opportunities for side jobs where we split the house pay 50/50, this brings your hourly rate up quickly! You keep all tips from clients and you work with some great people and a boss that really gets how life is and cares about you more than the cleaning.
We have a lot of people in recovery here and have a colorful diverse group of employees! We not only do not discriminate based on background, sexual orientation or religion we encourage the individuality! We are a family that really cares about each other and you will find a whole new friend group here too. People who support you and care about you and a place you can be for years and years to come! You would be working with the same small crew each day, you meet at our shop and drive a work vehicle and go out together for the day.
Lets meet and see how we can work out something that is great for both of us! We are hiring now but am fine with it being a couple weeks before you can start if you need to give notice! What I am most interested in is your experience with deep cleaning and who you are as a person! We have each others backs if you know what I mean. So reach out for sure!
