Why is Rock Solid Finish “open for business” again?

If you were not aware, I put the business on hold for about 18 months due to acute liver failure. 9 months ago, I received a full liver transplant at the University of Florida Shands Hospital. After 4 intensive surgeries over a week’s time the surgeons were happy with my body’s ability to recover successfully and I began down that path. At the end of February my family and I moved home from Florida to our home in Terrebonne. It’s been solid smooth recovery since.

Now it’s time to re-engage life more fully and restart the business.

I welcome your calls and look forward to working with you again!

Blessings,

With full “moon face” (from Prednisone)
I have been discharged and it’s good to be home! Looks like the hospital admission was due to my body attempting to reject the new liver. Rejection isn’t as horrible as it sounds as it is usually treatable. Mine appears to be treatable, and with that we rejoice and praise God.

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers!
Blessings.

I love these recovery hikes! I can push myself or take it easy. The plants and wildlife are so different from home that it’s fun to stop and look around and see for myself what’s here. Still feels weird to see wild horses in Florida!

After a successful whole liver transplant 9 weeks ago. I am on the mend and recovering well. During recovery, I am out of town but hope to be back in March 2023 to get things started up again.
