Good news! We received written confirmation from the Washington State Health Department and COVID Response center that we can resume INSIDE window cleaning! We will be scheduling inside services starting in March. This will look a little different than it has in the past.

What we will ask of our customers: You will need to answer a few COVID screening questions a couple of days before your appointment. If you are able to be outside your home while cleaning that will be preferred. If you are unable to be outside the home while the cleaning is being done, you will need to wear a mask while our crew is inside and we will ask that you try to stay in a separate room for the least contact.

What you can expect from us: All of our employees are pre screened each morning and no one is allowed to work if they are not feeling well. We have set crews assigned to a specific truck and they do not rotate. Crews are required to wear masks everywhere required by the Governors order. Hands are washed frequently and hand sanitizer is used frequently. We avoid sharing equipment whenever possible and sanitize the equipment and trucks at the end of the day. For all soft items (mop heads and rags) a fresh set will be used for each home.

Our employees are considered LOW RISK due to the low interaction they have with other people during the day.

We are so excited that Whatcom County is moving to Phase 2 effective today! I am already receiving calls about inside window cleaning. At this time, even in Phase 2, we are not able to do inside cleaning. While housekeeping is included in Phase 2, the safety regulations for that industry have not yet been released. Until those regulations are released and all of the restrictions and requirements can be met we will only be doing out side work. We will send out an email to our customer data base once we get the ok to return to inside work so make sure we have your current email address on file!

Things are in full swing for exterior services! Roof debris removal, moss removal, gutter cleaning and exterior windows/skylights! Call or email today to schedule, our summer schedule is filling up quickly!

We are getting alot of questions about inside services. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline on when we will be able to return to inside window cleaning. It is unclear if this will be included in Phase 2 or a later phase. While "housekeeping" is listed in the Phase 2 list of services, the guidelines and restrictions have not yet been released.

Most importantly, we want to keep our crew and their families and our customers SAFE and HEALTHY! We appreciate your patience during this time.

Our crews are so excited to be back providing services for our customers! Below are some of the steps we are taking to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy!

1. We are only providing EXTERIOR services.
2. Our appointments are all NO contact. You will have an estimated arrival time for the crew but they will not even knock on your door upon arrival.
3. The crew will be wearing masks and gloves when/where required by the Governors order.
4. We have set crews assigned to specific trucks, no rotating.
5. The trucks and any shared equipment will be cleaned upon return to the shop each evening with a CDC approved cleaning solution.
6. Our crew members are self screened before each work day and will not be working if they have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fatigue or any new loss of taste/smell.
7. We are keeping a log of our crews comings and goings through the day for the required contact tracing element.

We appreciate all of you and your patience during the closure and for continuing to give us the opportunity to provide you with a moss free roof, clean flowing gutters and/or shiny clean windows to enjoy our beautiful spring/summer weather!

Things are constantly changing! Friday the Governor released an update to Proclamation 20-25 to include resuming outside maintenance (roof, window and gutter cleaning) effective this week! We have been diligently working to make sure we are ready to meet the requirements set for our industry to keep our crew and customers safe. Tomorrow I will post on what we are doing to keep everyone safe and I will be working to get customers back on the schedule for EXTERIOR work only!

We just want to say we appreciate each and every one of you and your patience with the scheduling delays this year. We received official word from the Governors office this morning that Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing services will not be allowed until Phase 2. If you are currently on our schedule you will be rescheduled as soon as we get the official ok to return to work. Customers that were on the schedule starting March 23rd through the day we reopen will be rescheduled 1st in the order they were previously scheduled. I will then be scheduling everyone who requested to schedule while we were closed in the order they requested to schedule.

Happy Monday everyone! Unfortunately we are still unable to get our crews out working again just yet. We had hoped with the opening of some construction we would be allowed to return. I put in a request for inclusion through the Governors office on Friday but we got a response that the services we provide are still not considered essential. With yesterday's order from the Governor, our crews will not be working for the next 2 weeks. If you were scheduled during that time I will contact you about rescheduling. Due to the current situation with the COVID 19 virus and the request of social distancing from the State of Washington, we will be postponing any INSIDE cleaning at this time. We will still be providing all EXTERNAL cleaning services as scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience. We feel this is for the best for the safety/health of our customers as well as our crew members at this time.
