RamPage Weekly | Week Ending 10/23
A week built on follow-through. Our crews logged clean inspections in every region, and clients took the time to tell us they noticed.
- Clients are noticing: One client was so pleased with his first-shift, second-shift, and special-cleaning crews that he handed out branded shirts to the whole team.
- Fresh and spotless: Machine operators at one facility noticed tidier restrooms and a fresher-smelling building, and another client logged back-to-back excellent-rated days with zero complaints after kitchen and atrium deep cleans.
- Standards up everywhere: Clean, documented inspections across every region, and our Illinois team recognized one of our cleaners for outstanding work in her buildings.
- Growing with our clients: A five-location client launches with us in Columbus in November, and a proposal is in the works for four more locations with another client in Central Kentucky.
All-Star: A standout from our Cincinnati Team. Area Supervisor Georgina spent three hours walking a client's facility top to bottom, took every concern head-on, and turned it into a clear, dated plan, then backed it up with nightly hands-on deep cleaning. Her leader called her work "awesome," and it's easy to see why. Thank you for the grit and the standard you set!
