Rebecca's Laundry Service

Rebecca's Laundry Service Locally owned laundry service in Belle Plaine, MN 💜 Rebecca personally washes, dries & folds every load.

Drop off your laundry and pick it up fresh, clean, and neatly folded! Hi, I’m Rebecca — the owner and heart behind Rebecca’s Laundry Service. This little business isn’t just about clean clothes, it’s about helping my neighbors live a little lighter by taking laundry off their to-do list. I started Rebecca’s Laundry Service because I know firsthand how overwhelming laundry can feel. Between work, f

amily, and everything in between, it’s easy for laundry baskets to pile up. That’s where I come in — giving each load the same care and attention I give to my own family’s clothes. Why Choose Rebecca’s?
✔️ Locally owned & operated — when you trust me with your laundry, you’re supporting a real person in your community.
✔️ Personal care — no big machines or “lost sock” worries. Every order is handled by me, start to finish.
✔️ Reliable service — I believe in being dependable, friendly, and consistent so you never have to stress about laundry again. At Rebecca’s Laundry Service, it’s not just about fresh clothes — it’s about making your life easier. Every shirt, every towel, and every pair of socks is washed, dried, and folded with care, so you can spend more time on the things that matter most.

✨ From my home to yours, thank you for trusting me with your laundry. I’m here to serve you with excellence, kindness, and a smile. ✨

This week, while I was folding laundry, I could hear kids playing outside, birds in the morning, and lawn mowers starting up again around the neighborhood.

The garage door was open just enough for the sunlight to come through, and for a minute, everything felt very May.

It made me think about how this little laundry service has slowly become part of the rhythm around here — bags coming in, clean stacks going out, familiar names, familiar routines.

It’s a small thing, but it means a lot to be trusted in the middle of people’s everyday lives.

Feeling grateful for this neighborhood today. 💜

Not everyone needs a laundry service — and that’s okay.

But for some people, it really does make a difference.

Busy parents in the middle of end-of-school chaos. Shift workers with odd hours and tired evenings. Households where the laundry has piled up faster than the energy to do it. Families running between spring sports, concerts, appointments, work, and graduation season.

Sometimes it’s not about convenience as much as breathing room.

Rebecca’s Laundry Service is for the people who need one thing taken off the list for a little while — and want it handled with care, consistency, and respect.

For the right person, that small bit of help can feel like a lot. 💜

May has a way of filling up fast.

School events, sports, concerts, field trips, end-of-year plans — and somehow, laundry quietly multiplies in the background while everyone is just trying to keep up.

Extra uniforms, nicer outfits, muddy clothes, towels, sweatshirts, bedding… it adds up before you even realize it.

If you’re not fully caught up right now, that’s normal. Busy seasons make the baskets heavier, not because you’re behind, but because life is fuller.

Rebecca usually only has limited availability most weeks, so she keeps her schedule simple and steady. 💜

Tiny win this week: one fully finished stack of laundry, folded neatly and ready to go.

Nothing huge. Nothing flashy. Just one of those small moments where everything feels a little more settled than it did before.

I’m learning that progress doesn’t always look big. Sometimes it looks like one cleared surface, one organized shelf, one smooth pickup, or one kind “thank you” at the right time.

Small progress still counts.

And this week, I’m grateful for it. 💜

As May gets busier, reliability starts to matter even more.

Between school events, sports, end-of-year plans, work schedules, and everything else filling the calendar, laundry can become one more thing quietly piling up in the background.

That’s part of why Rebecca intentionally keeps her laundry service small.

Every bag is handled personally, from start to finish. Orders are kept separate, details are noticed, and the work is done with steady care — not rushed through just to take on more.

Growing quickly can sound exciting, but trust matters more. When someone drops off their family’s laundry, they deserve to know who is caring for it and that it will be handled consistently.

Small is intentional here. It helps keep the service personal, reliable, and rooted in care — especially during busy seasons like this one. 💜

As summer gets closer, a lot of us start looking for little ways to make life feel simpler.

Not perfect. Not completely caught up. Just a little lighter.

Sometimes that means saying yes to help with one small thing — like letting someone else handle the laundry for the week so you can have a little more breathing room at home.

Laundry may not be the biggest thing on the list, but it is one of those things that never really stops. And letting it be easier is allowed.

Rebecca keeps her weekly schedule intentionally limited so every bag can be handled with care. 💜

When I first started this little laundry service, I had a quiet question in the back of my mind:

Will anyone actually trust me with their clothes?

Laundry feels personal. It’s family life in fabric form — school shirts, work uniforms, favorite blankets. I knew I would care for every load like my own… but I still wondered if that would be enough.

This past week, I had a steady stream of repeat customers. Familiar names. Familiar bags. A couple of kind comments that simply said, “Thank you — this helps so much.”

Nothing dramatic. Just quiet, consistent trust.

And that answered the question.

May always feels like a season of new beginnings — longer evenings, open windows, things slowly growing. This business feels a bit like that too. Not rushed. Not flashy. Just steady.

I’m grateful for every family who lets me be part of their routine. It means more than you know. 💜

I was folding a basket of tiny socks the other night and thinking about how much of motherhood is invisible.

The planning.
The noticing.
The remembering who’s outgrown what, who needs clean gym clothes tomorrow, who spilled juice on their favorite hoodie but didn’t say anything.

Laundry is one of those quiet jobs that never really gets applause. It just… appears done. Drawers refilled. Towels ready. Pajamas clean at bedtime. And somehow it all resets overnight and asks to be done again.

There’s so much love stitched into that work. So much mental energy no one sees.

If you’re a mom carrying the weight of it all — the washing, drying, folding, rotating, replacing — I hope you know it counts. It matters. Even when no one says thank you.

And I hope you also know this: doing it all by yourself is not a requirement for being a good mom.

Sometimes strength looks like asking for help. Sometimes love looks like letting someone lighten the load.

However you’re managing this season, you’re doing more than enough. 💜

Happy Mother’s Day 💜

Today I’m thinking about all the moms, grandmas, bonus moms, aunties, and women who quietly keep life moving in a hundred invisible ways.

The school papers signed.
The towels washed.
The snacks packed.
The favorite shirt found at the last minute.
The laundry folded after everyone else has gone to bed.

So much of that work goes unseen, but it matters. It matters deeply.

If today is restful for you, I hope you enjoy every minute of it. And if today still looks like dishes, laundry, caregiving, errands, and keeping everyone afloat — please know that doesn’t make the day any less yours.

You deserve care, too.

From my home to yours, Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

Rainy May weeks have a way of multiplying the laundry.

Damp hoodies tossed over chairs. Layered outfits from those “sun in the morning, chilly by dinner” kind of days. Extra towels from muddy shoes, wet dogs, and kids who didn’t quite outrun the storm. Even the jeans seem heavier this time of year.

It’s just the rhythm of spring around here. Windows cracked open between showers. Lawn mowers waiting for a dry stretch. Piles growing quietly in the corner while everyone tries to keep up.

If your baskets feel fuller than usual, you’re not alone. This is simply what May looks like in Minnesota.

As always, I’m here handling each load start to finish, just like I would for my own family . I do tend to fill up quickly this time of year, so weekly openings are limited — but I’m grateful for every neighbor who trusts me with their laundry. 💜
