Project Update – Newell, SD 🚧

This 3,500-square-foot custom home with an attached 3-car garage and full basement is making great progress!

Our crew has completed the foundation backfill, drainage tile installation, and egress window wells, and yes, all that rock you see around the foundation isn’t just there to look pretty.

That rock is part of the drainage system that helps move water away from the foundation, protecting the basement and giving this home the best start possible. It’s one of those details most people never think about, but it’s one of the most important parts of building a home that lasts.

The framing crew will get all the attention, but the work happening before the first wall goes up is what makes the difference years down the road.
