On the Flye is Hiring Cleaning Technicians | Waldo County & Knox County

We’re growing our team and looking to bring on experienced hospitality and cleaning professionals who value consistency, professionalism, and pride in their work.

This is a W-2 position with a reliable schedule and paid training. Our focus is on recurring clients, short term rentals/airbnbs, strong standards, and building trust through consistency and care.

This role may be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in hospitality, STR, hotel, or professional cleaning
• Take pride in detail, presentation, and guest experience
• Are on time and show up when scheduled, communicative, and team-oriented
• Are looking for steady, above-board work (not under-the-table gigs)

What we offer:
• 30 hours/week, with room to grow to 40
• Mostly weekday work (Winter) - Weekends (Summer)
• Typical schedule: 8:30–5:00
• Paid training to ensure our highest standards
• Work completed both in teams and independently, depending on skill set
• Required breaks and lunch in accordance with labor laws
• Opportunity for bonuses

This position isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for professionals who want regular hours, clear expectations, and stability, and who understand that trust is built through consistency and follow-through.

The space we rent is looking for other residents! We share an office space at The Belfast Commons right down town on Main st. They have an open office with windows and another third space that has a private entrance.

This space is located right in the heart of town and is walking distance to everything in downtown. If you are interested you can reach out to The commons directly or even give us a shout!
