If you are inquiring about our cleaning services please know that we prefer to do an online quote first, then if pricing works for you we can move forward with a walk-through and scheduling your first service! *Initial cleans include up to six hours of labor, any additional time will be charged hourly at $95! *Routine services usually take 45 minutes - 1 hour & 15 mins, depending on the size of your home and frequency of cleans … you can message the page and we will send you a contact form to fill out for more info 🙂 we look forward to serving you ✨

🚨OUR MONTHLY REMINDERS🚨
•A deposit of 25% is required for all new clientele when booking your initial clean, remaining balance to be paid at start of service … routine service payments are always due AT TIME OF SERVICE! If payment is not made by 5pm same-day then there will automatically be a $25 late fee added‼️ payment is preferred via Zelle or Venmo, but we do also accept cash.
•Communication! This is so important to me as a small business owner- I need to have open communication with all of my clients. I am only one person and there are 50+ of you 😳💕 If you need a service changed/added, to reschedule a clean, if you are not satisfied with a clean- any of this, please reach out to me 📲 We as a cleaning team try our best to always provide you with exceptional service, but if for some reason you feel we are not then let me know immediately. We do not offer refunds, however we will come back within 24hrs of any service at no additional charge to fix something you are unhappy with!
•48hrs notice for any cancellation is preferred, any cancellation made 24 hours or less before your clean start time will result in a fee of 50% of your clean. 12hrs or less you will be charged the full amount of your clean, due immediately ❗️lock-out fee is 100%, which means if we come to clean your home and can not gain entry than you will be charged in full without your service being done. please make sure we have the correct code and/or key for your home ‼️
•anytime that there is 6+ WEEKS between services you will be charged as a first-time clean‼️ also- if you are a routine client & fully skip a clean you will be charged additionally when we come back, more time between services means more for us to clean!
•the following are NOT included in any of our cleaning services but can be added for an additional charge: changing of sheets. wet wiping of baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and/or light fixtures. vacuuming of upholstery. interior of kitchen appliances (other than microwave) . kitchen cabinets and drawers… there is a checklist & extras in the comments below⬇️
•If you would like to make any changes to your service, such as rooms cleaned or not and/or any extras please let me know ahead of time so that we schedule enough time for your clean! Asking day of is not enough notice, and will not reduce your price!
