⭐️ C**T Conference 2026

Yesterday our 6 officers attended the Northeast Area Chapter Officer Leadership training. They learned valuable lessons in how to better lead our chapter.

40 members of the Beggs FFA attended the county cattle grading contest today, hosted at the Checotah Livestock Market by owner/operator and former Beggs FFA member, Sam Stamper. Beggs had two individuals place in the top 5. Members placing in the top 5 were, 1st place Blaine B. and 5th place Reid G., with several others placing in the top 25.

16 Beggs FFA members traveled to Tahlequah this morning to compete against 1000+ other students at the Tahlequah Cattle Grading contest. Ruby, Alyse, Jayston and Reid were the 2nd Overall FFA team.

If you need to do entries for the Okmulgee County Fall Fair, we will be available during preview night. Those entries are DUE THIS FRIDAY, AUGUST 14th!!

Earlier this week two Beggs FFA Officers ,Ruby and Lexie, attended the OK Farm Bureau Communications Conference. They spent the day rotating through four workshops including sessions on social media, design, photography and videography.

Thank you Beggs and surrounding community customers for supporting our FFA & 4H Booster Club annual fundraiser. All proceeds will go directly to Beggs 4H and FFA members throughout this coming year. Funds will be utilized to pay for leadership camps and conferences registration, graduating seniors scholarships, travel expenses to state and national conventions, livestock premium donations, Beggs local livestock show and other needed items utilized by members during the year.

Thank you to the City of Beggs for allowing the sales and discharging of fireworks within city limits, First Baptist Church and Mr. & Mrs. Danny Cox for allowing us to utilize their city lots, and Bynum Vet Clinic, All American Car Wash, Mary Bell and family for the use of their properties to place our advertisement banners.
