National Convention pictures/educational tour day. Thursday we attended the trade show and expo and attended general session and then had a fun evening of food, bowling, putt putt and laser tag. On Friday we toured the Fair Oaks facility , dairy farm, and pig farm. And finally traveled home and safely arrived in Beggs Saturday evening.

Started off our first day of National Convention enjoying the first opening session and made it safely to the Airbnb for hot dogs and games.

National Convention trip is officially underway! We left early this morning, had a quick stop to tour the Gateway Arch, then a stop to eat before settling in to the hotel for the night. We will start all over again tomorrow morning!

Yesterday our two OCC teams traveled to Depew yesterday for a practice OCC contest. Our Beggs 2 team walked away with 2nd place.

Congratulations! Reid G. was the second high individual at the Tulsa State Fair livestock judging contest. Very proud of him and his hard work and dedication to reach this accomplishment.

Beggs FFA members competed today at the Tulsa State Fair cattle grading contest. There were over 230 teams and over 900 individuals competing at this contest.

The team of Scarlett T., Alyssa R., Reid G., and Abigail C. placed in the top 25.

Scarlett T., Alyssa R., and Eva C. also placed in the top 100 individuals. Other members competing were Payten T., Jackson T., Emily B., Laney H., Tinlie M., Allie K., Teagan M., Gracie J., Emma D., Tryson T., Jayston T., and Addy M.

Several early mornings, long days and many miles have been traveled. We are proud of all of our Beggs FFA cattle grading teams!

16 Beggs FFA members traveled to the Bristow cattle grading contest today. Abigail C. was the Jr. FFA high individual. The team of Scarlett T., Gracie J., Tinlie M., and Abigail C. won 2nd place in the Jr. FFA division. We are proud of all our cattle graders. Now on to the state contest at Tulsa next week!
