Spring is coming and you know what that means TERMITE SWARMING SEASON. Well that is good for me and not good for customers. I do provide a servive that other businesses don't. I will give a bid over the phone if you like it great if you don'then have great day. Most companies want to send out that hard sales man. Aslo there are several other ways that customers are getting scammed including but not limited to bait stations. I really hate bait stations. Call me and I will explain why(817-819-6553)The SCAM I hate the the most is Attic Remediation. They tell you about diseases like the hantavirus. They tell you that the droppings will get old and dry up and get in your ventilation. They say Now I THINK your kids are worth $10,000 don't you think they are worth $10,000? The problem is the rodents in our area are commensal rodents and commensal do not carry the Hantavirus.The companies are spreading a half truth. Well I call it a half lie.My motto is. "I WOULD RATHER LOOSE A JOB TO THE TRUTH THEN GAIN A JOB TO A LIE " They tell this to people that had insulation blown in their attic two or three years ago that don't need it. My thoughts on this is we have had insulation put in our attis since the thirtys and people would wait 60 0r even 70 years to change it but out of nowhere in the last 7 years we now should spend all this money between $6,000 to $15,000 because a virus in attic we don't have ( that is an easysell in University park),this is false information that these companies are spreading. I would like to provide a number so people that have questions can call this 1800numb so they can get the real truth. The stories I hear are sick you should never ever pay $12,500 for a 1,300 sq ft house to do a rat or squirrel job. Well Unless you own a 15,000 square fr house .I don't have the resources to do this or I would. I would give out free advice all day. Rail against companies like critter control and Terminix there is bit of corruption in these companies. Can you imagine sticking your head just barely in an attic entrance and saying "this is one of the worst attic I have seen ( since it was a women he is talking to and most will not going up there to see what he is seeing)so he came up with a $10,000 bid on a 1,200 sq foot home (He would not even give her a itemize list of why it cost that much I gave one for my small bid)]he gave this to a elementary p.e teacher during the shut down. You know she was loaded. She asked me what I was charging I said $3,000 she said why $3,000 I said because I am saving you $7,000. She said really I said no the real price was$545 because that was realistic I killed all her rats and sealed up all entrance points so we don't have recurring issues and boom you are do. I say it has to be fair for you and fait for me.If any of you have any questions what so ever even if you don't use me just give me a call if you have a way to get me on a bigger platform let me know. I am tire of companies taking people for hundreds of thousand if not millions when it can be stop. People are paying the price because they don't know and ignorant of the pest control world. Tou don't know what you don't know. August I will have 30 Years and I have seen corrupt pest control operators and corrupt companies up close and personal and it drives me crazy.
