Here are two instances where Mr. Steam cleaning services really helped a client with roof washing. In the first instance the homeowner was trying to sell their home and had another company clean their house. The company did a good job on the house but didn’t know the proper way to do roof washing and put a pressure washer on the roof leaving marks from the pressure. While showing the house to a potential buyer, the real estate agent told them they were going to have to put a new roof on before they could sell their home. They called me and asked if I could help. Mr. Steam showed up the next morning and did a roof washing service on the home.The client sold the house that evening.

In the second instance the homeowner was told they were going to need a new roof. They had an estimate of $13,000 to replace it. We performed a deck cleaning service for the client and offered to do a spot of the roof to see if it would help . Long story short, the roof does not need replaced. It was just covered with the blue-green algae and needed to be cleaned. Mr. Steam was able to clean the roof and save that client $13,000.

This is just a few pictures of some of the nastiest carpet Mr. Steam Cleaning Services has seen in quite a while. Animals had been left in all the rooms unattended for what must have been hours at a time. We had to scrape out animal f***s from some of the deeper places in the pile of the carpet. We used our urine pre treatment and orbital machine with carpet bonnet to pre-agitate the carpet and get the urine neutralizer as deep into the pile as we could. That is followed up by pre-spray and 250 degree hot water extraction. The finished product is is pretty remarkable.
