π Just in time for the first fall rain!
A lot of moss came off this one. Years of growth had built up across the roof, and the gutter guards definitely hadn't kept everything out - the gutters underneath were packed.
Hereβs what we took care of:
β’ Heavy moss carefully removed from the roof
β’ Gutters and gutter guards cleaned out
β’ Full roof moss treatment to kill remaining growth
β’ Zinc applied for some extra help with the coming rain
β’ Driveway and front paver areas surface cleaned
β’ All moss and roof debris cleaned up from the ground afterward
We don't pressure wash or aggressively scrub asphalt shingles. We remove the heavy buildup, treat what's left, and allow the remaining moss to die and weather away naturally.
All moss treatment performed by an Oregon-licensed commercial pesticide applicator.
Couldnβt have timed this one much better - first real fall rain is on the way. π§οΈ
