🍂 Just in time for the first fall rain!

A lot of moss came off this one. Years of growth had built up across the roof, and the gutter guards definitely hadn't kept everything out - the gutters underneath were packed.

Here’s what we took care of:

• Heavy moss carefully removed from the roof
• Gutters and gutter guards cleaned out
• Full roof moss treatment to kill remaining growth
• Zinc applied for some extra help with the coming rain
• Driveway and front paver areas surface cleaned
• All moss and roof debris cleaned up from the ground afterward

We don't pressure wash or aggressively scrub asphalt shingles. We remove the heavy buildup, treat what's left, and allow the remaining moss to die and weather away naturally.

All moss treatment performed by an Oregon-licensed commercial pesticide applicator.

Couldn’t have timed this one much better - first real fall rain is on the way. 🌧️

Driveway, walkway, and paver cleanup 👌

These pavers had quite a bit of moss growing in the joints, and the exposed aggregate had built up plenty of grime over the years.

6:00 AM in Downtown Hillsboro 💦

We recently had the opportunity to donate our time and equipment to help clean up sidewalks in Downtown Hillsboro, removing old chalk markings and leaving the concrete looking fresh again.

It was a fun early-morning project and a great opportunity to give back to a community we’re proud to serve.

We love a good view.

But we love stopping moss before it takes over even more.

This Portland-area roof didn't need a full cleaning - it just needed a professional moss treatment before the moss became a bigger problem.

Another one wrapped up in Beaverton yesterday. 👌

This project included cleaning the pool deck, patio, and connecting walkways. It's always satisfying watching exposed aggregate concrete brighten back up after a good pressure washing.
