Most people never see this part of a driveway cleaning.

Before the pressure washer came out, we scraped years of packed dirt, moss, and debris from the concrete joints and hauled it away.

Could we have blasted it out with the pressure washer? Sure. But that often leaves debris spread across the driveway, landscaping, and street. Taking a little extra time upfront keeps the job cleaner and helps deliver a better final result.

For this driveway, we removed the buildup, surface cleaned the concrete, and finished with a post-treatment.

Finished up this roof cleaning project this week.

This roof had significant moss buildup across several sections. We removed the heavier growth and cleaned the roof surface, resulting in a dramatic improvement in appearance.

Many homeowners don't realize that moss is more than just a cosmetic issue. As it builds up, it can hold moisture against the roof surface and contribute to premature wear over time.

Immediately after our cleaning process, you can already see remaining moss beginning to change color. Our goal is to remove the heavy buildup while avoiding aggressive cleaning methods that can unnecessarily wear down roofing materials.

A roof is one of the largest investments on a home. Addressing moss before it gets out of control can help protect that investment.

Wrapped up this exterior cleaning project in Newberg recently.

House wash, driveway, sidewalks, and patio.

The concrete had darkened quite a bit over time, and the siding was starting to pick up some organic growth.

The homeowner wanted everything cleaned up before summer, so we took care of it all in one visit.

It's always nice seeing a property cleaned up all at once. Everything looks brighter, cleaner, and ready for the season.
