Our drivers pick up during your scheduled time slot so you know when to expect us. You will receive a reminder text the morning of your pick up. Once you receive our reminder text, leave your laundry out on the porch of pickup. For your first laundering service, please use disposable or fabric bags marked with your name and for “SALS”. st drop off, you will receive our SALS 30x40 Laundry Bag for your future services! Do I need to separate items to be washed? All items in the same bag will be washed together with the same wash settings, so you don't have to worry about that. We do offer bag tags to dictate the desired settings. How do I add different settings for each bag? Your washing and drying settings are applied to all bags in an order. If you need each bag to have its own wash/dry settings simply place an order for each bag! What if I can't fit all my laundry into a laundry bag? If you can pull the bag shut completely we’ll wash it! Otherwise you may be charged for an additional bag. Detergents: Tide, Gain, All Free & Clear, or Dreft. Detergent Add On: Borax
Liquid Softener: Downy, Gain, All Free & Clear, Downy Free & Clear, or White Vinegar. Dryer sheets: Bounce, Downy, Gain, or All Free & Clear. Bleach options: Clorox, Clorox2, or OxiClean. Do you launder items that are soiled? SALS reserves the right to refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage. If we are unable to launder, items will be returned unwashed. In the event that we can launder, laundry is subject to a sanitation fee. How can I tip my SALS Driver? Our SALS drivers work very hard to ensure your laundry is picked up and delivered safely and conveniently back to you. We’ve heard from many satisfied clients that they appreciate the service and would like to tip the driver. If you’d like to leave them a tip after your SALS laundry delivery, please contact SALS office to process tip. Each time your driver drops off your laundry you’ll receive a reminder to leave a tip - up to $25. The driver will receive the gratuity that same day.
