Hi everyone, my name is Ryan O’Cain. I’m a local high school senior, the owner of Sea Island Detailing, and a photographer in the Beaufort area.
Recently, I’ve become very interested in real estate, house flipping, renovations, and learning more about what goes into preparing and marketing a property.
I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here works in real estate or knows a realtor, investor, contractor, house flipper, landlord, or property owner who may be willing to connect with me.
Right now, I’m mainly looking to learn, gain experience, and help out wherever I can. I’m not claiming to be an experienced investor or contractor. I’m just motivated, willing to work, and interested in learning from people who already understand the business.
Some of the ways I could help include:

• Before and after photos
• Renovation progress photos and videos
• Social media content and marketing
• Property, garage, and exterior cleanup
• Junk and unwanted item removal
• Pressure washing
• Final cleaning and listing preparation
• Landscaping cleanup and improving curb appeal
• Painting, demolition cleanup, and other basic hands-on work
Running my detailing business has taught me a lot about customer service, marketing, presentation, physical work, and taking pride in the final result. I also have my own transportation, camera equipment, and detailing and cleanup equipment.
My goal is to meet people in the local real estate community, learn how the business works, and become useful while gaining real experience.
