Just realized I haven't posted on here in a while....still looking for more homes or businesses to power wash.

KGS Power Washing and Mowing is forced to adjust prices for the 2022 season based on fuel prices, parts and maintenance costs. I have not raised prices since 2015(when I started) but due to the economy I have to. All of my long term customers can vouch I never raised my prices for returning clients...BUT for example...last spring I paid $40 for commercial grade/concentrated w**d killer that is a particular brand I use and trust for the past 7 years....it is now $120. A set of lawn mower blades for my mower was $45....is now $80. Each current customer is being contacted on their individual account for mowing. Power Washing is averaging $50-$100 or more per job based on material prices and square footage. I also have to raise my prices on junk hauling due to fuel and dump fees more than doubling since last summer. Not going to lie.....sure some kid with a push mower or his grandpa's Murray riding mower can and will under bid me....but....when August comes and its 100 degrees in Missouri and he's "going back to school" who is going to mower your lawn then? Also if he throws a rock through your brand new Mercedes or air conditioner does he have the insurance to cover it???? Every client I have, I treat their lawn like it's my own. I see it every year, come late summer the 18 year old you hired just quit on you. Bottom line...cheap labor is not good and good labor is not cheap.

KGS Power Washing and Mowing is again offering spring mower maintenance/tune ups. Including oil changes, blade sharpening and balancing, tire changes, transaxle fluid/filter changes on zero turns and deck belt changes. (No engine diagnosis at this time due to time and tools required) Also, this year looking to add more yards to my weekly or bi-weekly accounts. KGS friendly reminder.....nights are getting colder so don't forget to disconnect your garden hose from the spout/faucet. If temps get below zero the water in the hose can freeze and bust your water lines.
