So far this morning 3 of our cleaners arrived to houses that were 76 degrees and higher. While this may sound cozy to some, once a cleaner starts actively cleaning, it becomes unbearable. Our cleaners cannot do their jobs safely and effectively if the house is hot! As a reminder, please set your thermostat to cool to 72, at least 1 hour prior to your cleaning appointment. If you will be out of town during your appointment and are unable to adjust it remotely, please reschedule your appointment. If the crew arrives to a hot house, we will need to reschedule the appointment, and a $50 last minute cancel/reschedule fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
